Ray took me to Seagar's for my birthday, and we ate in the wine room. If you look back at the blog to my birthday in 2008, you will see a very similar picture, with me, Ray, and Dad. I made Ray take the same picture again. Everything is ala carte on the menu. I ordered a 20 oz, bone-on ribeye, with a topping of seared Hudson Valley foie gras. I did not order anything else to eat. No salad, no side items. I ate all of it. It was soooo divine!
